Finally cleaned my fish tank

So, xmas 2007 I got this wickedly awesome new home for my fishies. I love this fishtank, but it is a bitch to clean… So, it tends to get dirty and stay dirty for awhile. Well, I started off one of my resolutions (taking better care of my goldfish) by cleaning out their tank yesterday. It took around 4 hours to do so. But while I was letting the water settle and the filter run a bit, I decided to take pics of my fishies while they were in their temporary home. I think I’ve only loved another pet more than these fish.

I will be trying to keep up with everyday. A year in pictures. I take pictures every day (usually with my iphone) and will dedicate one picture to each day and post on flickr and up here.

Well, I decided this year that I’m going to stop envying all of my flickr friends that do the “year in pictures thing” and start my own. Hoping this year will be great and full of new adventures.
MyNew Year’s Resolutions:
• start a photoblog and keep up with it
• excercise (not necessarily to loose weight, but more for the mental benefits of exercising)
• send birthday cards to everyone
• take better care of my goldfish
• make more friends (i.e. not be so shy around people I don’t know)
